Among these solutions, SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) formulations coupled with 3D decorative films represent a major technical leap forward.
Linyi Rongsen's proprietary Marble 3D Wall Sheets are composed of a high-density, extrusion-molded base. The substrate is formulated using 40% high-grade PVC resin and 58% light calcium carbonate (CaCO3) powder, optimized with 2% organic stabilizers and coupling agents. This specific ratios yield a high core density exceeding 1.9 to 2.1 g/cm³. This structure resists impact forces while remaining chemically stable under fluctuating thermal cycles.
Note on Polymer Durability: The addition of calcium carbonate enhances structural stiffness. Meanwhile, the optimized PVC binder keeps the matrix flexible enough to resist micro-cracking during on-site cutting and structural shifts.
Standard PVC marble sheets are flat. Our advanced 3D Wall Panels introduce a precise mechanical embossing stage synchronized with high-resolution offset printing. By aligning the tactile texture mold with the stone vein patterns, we reproduce the authentic look and feel of real marble. Following printing, a double-layer high-solids UV polyurethane coating is applied and immediately cured via dynamic UV exposure. This process leaves a cross-linked protective film with a Shore D hardness of over 80, keeping the panels free from scratches in high-traffic corridors.
